WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
We source our products from across the world and they’re sent direct. So please expect your items to be shipped separately in your order.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Definitely, we ship worldwide!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 2 months, depending on what you purchase. 
I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
As we source from all over the world, items may arrive at different times. Contact us to find out the status of your order by e-mailing us with your name and order number.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We’re only able to refund or exchange goods if they’re faulty. Please contact us with your order number, name and a description of the fault (photos are extremely helpful!)
WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
As we ship worldwide we’re not responsible for any additional fees which may be applied by customs in your country, please check before you purchase if fees apply.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once your order has been shipping we won’t be able to make any changes.
